How do you ship?
We ship orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail using the least amount of packaging material possible.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
We will send you an email notification with a tracking number after your order has been placed. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will land on your door step.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.
Mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped–depending on your distance from Maryland.
So–you should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment.
How are items shipped internationally?
Orders are shipped UPS WorldWide Expedited. Packages will be delivered within 7 business days.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Orders will take approximately 4 – 7 business days to be delivered. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days to ship your package to be delivered to a country of origin customs office. If customs clears your package quickly, your order will arrive within 7 business days. If customs inspect your package, delivery may be delayed. JBeautyMark does not have the ability to impact the time period customs holds on to your package.

- Since the postage varies and is calculated as you check out, we are unable to provide a cost ahead of time. You will notice two options as you check out:

What are your missing policy?
Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
Missing item policy for international orders
Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. Due to the rising cost of international postage, we can no longer ship items that are missing from your international order. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly issue a refund for the missing item(s).
What if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?
All standard orders take 5 to 10 business days to land on your doorstep. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather and/or road conditions. The carrier’s web site will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather.
If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please check around your yard and with your neighbors. Carriers may leave a package in places where they think it will be safe, for example behind a side gate, under a bush, etc. If you cannot locate your package, please contact us at jbeautymark@gmail.com, chat with us online, or call 301-485-9499.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country’s government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.
Every country seems to have different rules and regulations when receiving international packages. We follow the general guidelines set by the US Postal Service for international shipping that are not specific for any given country.
Customs regulations are often different for small packages versus large packages. Please be sure that you are aware of any specific customs regulations for your country. We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for packages that are detained in customs.
